Food and Beverage Services NC II
To educate and produce 75 globally competitive `Food and Beverage Attendants with passion for environmental consciousness, sustainability, innovation and gender equality by the end of 2020.
Enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of Food and Beverage Services NC II trainees to become gender-fair and globally competitive Food and Beverage Service Attendants;
Instill environmental awareness by integrating Green TVET practices and sustainability in the delivery of competency-based training;
Promote the value of innovation, support women empowerment; and
Produce at least 75 certified and job ready graduates.
Consists of competencies that a person must achieve to prepare the dining room/restaurant for service, welcome guests and take food and beverage orders, promote food and beverage product, provide food and beverage services to guests
