The TESDA Women's Center conducted the iSTAR Program graduation ceremony on November 3, 2022, at Tandang Sora Hall, TESDA Complex, Taguig City.

Graduates of the iSTAR program were also included in the first Philippine Navy Transition Assistance Initiative (TAP), a Philippine Navy program that provides training for incoming Philippine Navy retirees, for the calendar year 2022. TWC Chief Angelica Gonzales, Supervising TESD Specialist Mylene H. Somera, and Philippine Navy Captain Elvira Gonzalez also attended the graduation event.

The three-day workshop provided graduates from Philippine Navy troops with the chance to gain knowledge and skills about entrepreneurship. Following their service, the training provided the graduates with further opportunities to start their own businesses.
