The TESDA Women's Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding with HMR Envirocycle Phils., Inc. The partnership aims to give due action on the pressing issue of electronic waste while promoting sustainable practices. This initiative is part of TWC's Green TVET Action Plan aligned with the TESDA's Green TVET Framework on March 18, 2025.

HMR Envirocycle is dedicated to preventing electronic equipment waste products from ending up in landfills and shall focus on reusing, recycling and repurposing through accredited channels. Together, TWC and HMR Envirocycle will enhance ecological solid waste management by providing industry immersion for trainers, on-the-job training (OJT) for trainees, and learning sessions on sustainable practices and the circular economy.

The event was represented by Mr. Paolo Obles, Sustainability Director, and Ziegmond Serrano, General Manager, along with other key officials.
