TWC Exploring Partnership with PESO-Manila

On February 1, 2021 the TESDA Women's Center headed by Ms. Angelica S. Gonzales, Center Chief together with Ms. Mylene H. Somera, Supervising TESD Specialist, Ms. Gerrelen D. Balbin, Head of Training Management Unit, and Ms. Melina Faith E. Deinla, TWC Industry Coordinator met with Mr. Fernan B. Bermejo, Chief of Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Manila at the Manila City Hall.


The meeting aims to expand the linkages with the LGUs of Metro Manila and to explore possible sharing of resources for the training and empowerment of women for livelihood initially to the City of Manila. The endorsement of graduates for employment to PESO partner companies were also part of the discussion.


TWC is exploring partnership opportunities with different public and private organizations for future collaboration in promoting women empowerment in technical-vocational education and training (TVET).
