On June 6, 2024, the TESDA Women's Center and Coca-Cola Philippines launched the iSTAR Center for Entrepreneurship. The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including Mr. Pablo Medina Noriega, Senior Director for Franchise Operations, Coca-Cola Philippines, Ms. Joy Munsayac-Cacal, Senior Manager of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability, Coca-Cola Philippines, DDG Vidal D. Villanueva III, Partnerships and Special Concerns, TESDA, ED Floramel Joy Songsong, Partnerships and Linkages Office, other TESDA Officials and iSTAR trainers and graduates from PASCO.

The event formally recognized the TESDA Women's Center as the national iSTAR Center, which will serve as a sustainable hub for business development, training, and support for Filipino entrepreneurs. The launch also secured TWC's commitment to integrate the iSTAR program into the Center's institutional frameworks, ensuring the initiative's long-term sustainability. This collaboration between TWC and Coca-Cola marks an important milestone in their joint efforts to promote entrepreneurship and empower Filipino businesses through the iSTAR Center for Entrepreneurship.
