On May 25, 2023, The TESDA Women's Center forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with De Ocampo, Ablang, Ladao and Associates, a Certified Public Accountants Company as its first industry partner in Bookkeeping NC III.

The signing were joined by Stratfin Business Consultancy represented by their Managing Partner Jeffrey De Ocampo and TESDA Women's Center Acting Center Chief, Mylene H. Somera and witnessed by TWC Acting Supervising TESD Specialist, Kimberly G. Bautista, and Mildred Ann Ladao, Senior CPA partner together with Alicia G. Bañas, Trainer, Bookkeeping NC III and Melina Faith E. Deinla, TWC Industry Coordinator.
