On May 27, 2024, TWC was visited by the Provincial Administrator of Maguindanao Del Sur, Atty. Cyrus Torreña, for an exploratory meeting of possible partnership presided by the Deputy Director General for Partnerships and Special Concerns Vidal D. Villanueva III.

Immediately followed by a hybrid meeting on May 29, 2024 personally attended by DOJ Undersecretary Margarita Guttierez and Dr. Alan Ada Lachica of the National Defense College of the Philippines.

The guests were warmly welcomed by the TESDA Secretary Suharto T. Mangudadatu, PhD.

Other TESDA officials and personnel from TWC, NLSC and Region XII headed by Regional Director Rafael Abrogar II also participated in the hybrid meeting.

This initiative shall pave the way for the Center to expand its programs and services nationwide towards becoming the National Training and Development Center for Women.

It is the Center's mission to explore impactful partnerships that could empower more women in the country.
