In a momentous achievement, theTESDA Women's Center (TWC) hasbeen honored with the Platinum Levelof Accreditation by the esteemed AsiaPacific Accreditation and CertificationCommission (APACC). This recognitionsolidifies the institution's commitmentfor excellence and continuousimprovements.

The APACC, known for its stringentevaluation criteria, bestowed thePlatinum Level Accreditation on TWCas a testament to the hard work,innovation, and collaborative spiritwithin the institution.

TWC was subjected to the evaluation and validation of the APACC through an on-site visit, on October 4 - 6, 2023. TheCenter was evaluated in the following seven (7) criteria: Governance and Management, Teaching and Learning, HumanResources, Research and Development, Image and Sustainability, Other Resources, and Support to Students.

DDG Vidal D. Villanueva III, Deputy Director General for Special Concerns and Mylene H. Somera, Acting Chief TESDSpecialist received the plaque of award at the Dusit Thani Hotel during the 50th dinner anniversary of Colombo Plan StaffCollege (CPSC) on December 4, 2023 .

TWC became the first Institution in the Philippines to achieve the prestigious award.
