On August 17, 2023, the TESDA Women's Center organized a one day learning session on the Basic Excel for Educational Business Processes, Create and Design Presentation using Canva, and Standard Procurement Process at the Gabriela Silang Function Room, TWC. The facilitators were John Cedrick Calalang,Virtual Assistant Services Level II Trainer, Vicente II D. Ayala, Food and Beverage Service Supervisor, and Jerrycho Castañeda, TESD II-Procurement Officer respectively.

The 25 employees attended the learning session composed of 11 from teaching and 14 from the non-teaching staff of TWC. The objectives of the learning session was to upgrade the participants' skills and knowledge on the use and creation of digital resources for teaching and learning aids. There were various activities set to be performed also aimed to help the non-teaching staff organize their workload, streamline processes and access digital information.
