On January 12, 2023, the TWC Research, Advocacy, and Gender and Development Unit (RAGADU) spearheaded the 2nd Review, Finalization, and Presentation of the Center's Manual of Operations (MANO) at the Marcela Agoncillo function room, TWC.

The MANO is a document containing the Center's standard operating procedures for providing services and implementing programs and activities within the organization.

The activity, led by Ms. Mylene Somera, Supervising TESD Specialist, and facilitated by Ms. Joenna Tabu Tattao, Senior TESD Specialist, was participated by the Unit Heads, Assistant Unit Heads, and other personnel from the Training Management Unit (TMU) and Finance and Finance and Administrative Support Services Unit (FASSU).

The management expects that the MANO will help all employees perform their jobs and responsibilities accurately and efficiently for the benefit of the TESDA Scholars and other stakeholders.
