The TESDA Women's Center (TWC) conducted a community service or extension program for the sixteen (16) members of the Alyansa ng Maralitang Taga-Lower Bicutan (AMTLB) on April 14, 2023, at Sampaloc Street, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.

The program included skills demonstration of table napkin folding and table setting facilitated by Maria Regina Ansay, Food and Beverage NC II Trainer, and an orientation of the Center's programs and services presented by Engr. Ryan Llanto, Plumbing NC II Trainer.

TWC's Outreach Programs aim to strengthen the communities by addressing their skills needs and providing enabling mechanisms to participate in free TVET programs.
