TWC's efforts to continuously increase the availability and utilization of skills training services were demonstrated through back-to-back community services for the members and beneficiaries of the Alpha Phi Omega (APO) Society in Brgy. Galas, San Isidro, Quezon City.

The outreach programs conducted last April 15 and 29, 2023, included an orientation of the Center's programs and services presented by Maria Regina Ansay, Senior TESD Specialist, skills demo to prepare Hot and Cold Coffee concoctions led by Maribel Dumalagan, Barista NC II Trainer and Basic Cocktail Mixing facilitated by Shella Bawar, Bartending NC II Trainer.

These extension services hope to bring future partnership and collaboration to reach more women in society while strengthening TWC's image in the communities and extending expertise through outreach programs.
