On May 12, 2023, the TESDA Women's Center conducted a skills training on Providing Effective Customer Service and Food and Beverage Service to Guests for the admin staff of the Office of Senate President Pro Tempore Hon. Loren Legarda.

The training includes a discussion and experience sharing on providing effective customer service and handling guests concerns as well as hands on activities on napkin folding, table setting and providing food and beverage service to guests.
