The Official Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between TESDA and Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation (SEPCO) was held last May 15, 2023 at the TESDA Central Office. It is a significant event for TESDA Women's Center (TWC), for the implementation of its Electronic Product Assembly and Servicing program will be delivered using the Dual Training System.

The signing was represented by TESDA Director General Danilo Cruz and SEPCO President Min Su Chu. TESDA Deputy Director General Vidal D. Villanueva III, TWC Acting Chief TESD Specialist Mylene H. Somera, SEPCO Customer Satisfaction Business Advisor Si Jeong Kim and Service & Network Operations Head Ronald Joson, stand as witnesses.
