In celebration of National ICT Month, the TESDA Women’s Center officially launched the Dormitory Online Reservation and Management System (D.O.R.M.S.), E.L.S.A., and A.M.I. on June 16, 2026, strengthening digital learning and enhancing systems in support to services for clients, trainees, and personnel.
This initiative forms part of TWC’s comprehensive Digitalization and Innovation Plan, reflecting its commitment to streamlined processes, improved accessibility, and responsive TVET service delivery.
