The event featured Dr. Marie Aubrey Villaceran as guest speaker, who shared valuable insights on women's leadership and emphasized the critical role of Filipinas in nation-building. Drawing from both historical and contemporary perspectives, the discussion highlighted how women continue to lead with resilience, innovation, and purpose.

A panel discussion followed, featuring Jennifer Pia “Limpayen” Sibug-Las, Yzld Cruz, and Camille Rose Albarracin, who shared their experiences and perspectives on women's leadership across various fields, including innovation, culture, business, and community development. Their insights reinforced the importance of inclusive leadership and the diverse contributions of women in different sectors.

The webinar forms part of TESDA's continuing efforts to promote gender-responsive programs and strengthen the role of women in technical-vocational education and training (TVET). It reaffirms the agency's commitment to empowering women as key drivers of progress and nation-building.
