TESDA Women's Center Conducts Year-End Performance Assessment (YEPA) 2025

The TESDA Womenâs Center (TWC) successfully held its Year-End Performance Assessment (YEPA) on December 15, 2025.
The program featured the presentation of the Calibrated Institutional Development Plans (2025â2028), aligned with the TESDA Secretaryâs 8-Point Agenda, highlighting priority programs, capacity-building initiatives, and institutional reforms to further enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness. TWC Management also shared its plans for the next 90 days, ensuring continuity in achieving strategic goals and operational improvements.
The event included an awarding ceremony, honoring outstanding personnel contributions. Special tributes were given to retiring employees, along with recognitions for the Loyalty Award, Career and Self-Improvement Award, Commendations, and Employee Excellence Award.
The program was graced by Deputy Director General Nelly Nita N. Dillera, who commended the TWC family for their dedication and teamwork, encouraging everyone to remain steadfast in upholding excellence, innovation, and public service.
