The ODDG Partnership and Linkages Cluster Year-End Performance Assessment Program was successfully conducted on December 17, 2025, at the Tandang Sora Hall, TESDA Women’s Center, bringing together officials and personnel from the different offices under the cluster.

The activity highlighted the presentation of accomplishments for the year, the challenges encountered and overcome, and the key initiatives identified for implementation in the coming year, reflecting the collective efforts and contributions of each office in advancing partnerships and linkages.

The program was made more lively by interactive games and team-building activities, which promoted camaraderie, strengthened teamwork, and fostered a positive and engaging environment among personnel.

In her message, Deputy Director General Nelly Nita Dillera underscored the importance of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in sustaining effective and impactful partnerships that support TESDA’s mandate.
