Goal:
To educate and produce 25 globally competitive garment designer with passion for environmental consciousness, sustainability, innovation and gender equality by the end of 2026.
Objectives:
- Enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of Creating Garment Design trainees to become gender-fair and globally competitive Garment Designers.
- Instill environmental awareness by integrating Green TVET practices and sustainability in the delivery of competency-based training;
- Promote the value of innovation, support women empowerment and produce at least 25 certified and job-ready graduates.
Course Description:
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of a fashion designer in accordance with industry standards. It covers one core competencies of Fashion Design NC III (Creating Garment Designs).
