Jennifer O. Caoile graduated with a degree in Electronics Engineering and faced significant challenges after her father's passing on the day of her board exam. Despite these hardships, she discovered TESDA Women's Center while watching a TV advertisement about free courses, including one in electronics that she had long wanted to pursue.

Her achievements include the Extra Mile Award and recognitions for her contributions to multimedia learning and workshop organization.

In December 2014, she enrolled in the Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing NC II program to enhance her skills and pursue job opportunities abroad.

After completing her training, Jennifer initially sought employment in various electronics companies but was encouraged by her trainer to apply as an assistant trainer at TESDA. She accepted the opportunity and received training and support, ultimately becoming a Senior TESD Specialist.

Jennifer's job has significantly improved her family's financial situation, allowing them to rise from poverty. She credits her time at TWC with instilling confidence and essential skills, emphasizing the importance of hard work and gratitude.
