FBS NC II

My TWC Journey

"Empowered women, empowering communities."

"Always believe in yourself, never give up on your dream, and never be afraid to take a risk."

Her journey is a testament to the power of education and perseverance. As an undergrad and single mom, Diana faced challenges, but her determination led her to enroll in the TESDA Women's Center's Food and Beverage Services (FBS) NC II program in 2011.

After graduating, Dianne's hard work paid off. In 2012, she became a waitress at the Movenpick Hotel in Jordan, and by 2018, she was an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In 2019, she was promoted to Outlet Manager at the Hyatt Regency, and in 2021, she became an Outlet Manager at the Movenpick Hotel.

Dianne's success caught the attention of ACCOR, a leading hospitality group, and she was selected to be featured in their "Food & Beverage Alchemist Newsletter" for the MEA APAC region, circulated worldwide.

Dianne's achievements are a testament to TESDA's impact. She was able to support her family and ensure her son's education. In 2024, Dianne further expanded her qualifications by earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration through the ETEEAP.

Her journey from a single mom to a celebrated Outlet Manager is a true testament to the transformative power of education and determination.
