Before enrolling in TWC's Training Methodology 1 program in 2023, Catherine Salaguinto was a housewife who worked part-time as a language teacher. She decided to take the program as it was a required qualification for teaching foreign languages or becoming a TVET trainer.

After graduating from TWC in October 2023, Catherine immediately applied for a position as a Japanese Language Trainer at the TESDA-National Language Skills Center. Her TWC training paid off, as she was able to get accepted for the role and started work in January 2024.

Catherine considers landing the TESDA-NLSC trainer job immediately after TWC to be a major achievement, allowing her to transition from a part-time teacher to a professional trainer. Beyond the role, the steady employment has enabled Catherine to contribute to her family's income and expenses.

According to Catherine, the most valuable takeaway from TWC was not just the technical knowledge and skills, but the right mindset and attitude emphasized - respect, collaboration, and self-discipline.

According to Catherine, "The most important or valuable thing I have gained from my training at TWC is the attitude."

TWC ensured that these traits are imbued in their trainees because most of the times employers give more importance to these factors than intelligence and skills. But of course, TWC's training is holistic, we are being equipped with the appropriate Knowledge, Skills and Attitude"
