Joelly Liantada, a graduate of the Bartending NC II program at TESDA Women's Center (TWC) in 2022, transitioned from various jobs, including sales clerk and fashion consultant, to pursue his passion for bartending. Inspired by a colleague's experience, he sought training to work abroad.

He started as an Assistant Technical Trainer and Tool Keeper at Autohub Institute of Technology, where he gained valuable experience in technical training and resource management.
In 2022, Johmel enrolled in the Trainers Methodology Level I program at the TESDA Women's Center, seeking to deepen his understanding and skills in effective TVET classroom delivery, competency-based curriculum development, and comprehensive session planning.

Before entering the TESDA Women's Center (TWC) as a Dressmaking trainee, Josfer Avelino felt completely lost. He was unsure about his career path and the direction his life was headed. Josfer had planned to pursue a college degree in Fashion Technology, but he knew he needed to strengthen his skills and qualifications first. That's when he decided to enroll in the Dressmaking NC II program at TWC.

Justine Mae Sacro's passion for coffee blossomed from a simple interest into a fulfilling career after completing the Barista NC II training program at TESDA Women's Center in 2022.
Prior to the training, Justine worked as an operations assistant, but she had always been captivated by the art of coffee-making. "I was a coffee lover back then and curious about how baristas do their craft," Justine recalls. Driven by her curiosity, she decided to apply for the Barista NC II program to turn her passion into a profession.

In 2010, Kent's aunt, who lived in Manila, noticed her working as a salesperson in Dipolog City and offered her the opportunity to study at TESDA in Manila. As a child born in Manila, Kentleslie was excited to return home and study.
Maribel is a proud daughter of a farmer who resides in the beautiful province of Bicol. Living in a simple life she would recall that her dream was to become a teacher, "I can still remember the days when I am playing with my childhood friends back in the province where I take the role of a teacher and they will be my students", she recalled while laughing.
