Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years old and above.
- Must be at least High School Graduate
- Must be able to attend training from: 7am to 6PM every Monday to Thursday.
- Computer Literate (with Basic knowledge in Computer Operation)
- Knows how to use a computer, cell phone gadgets, uses the internet for Research and social media.

BSRS Registration
The Biometric-Enabled Scholarship Registration System (BSRS) of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is a digital platform designed to facilitate scholarship registration, identity verification, and related program processes.
Notice:
If you already have BSRS account, there is no need to create new one. Avoid duplicate accounts.4

TESDA Online Program (TOP) is a web-based platform that offers free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for the technical education and skills development of the Filipino workers.

Online Qualifying Examination
The Competence-Based Skills Training Qualifying Test ver. 2.0 plays a vital role in selection of incoming trainees in TESDA Women's Center (TWC). The test determines whether the applicants are qualified on the training program based on their knowledge in terms of literacy and numeracy.

Document Requirements
Proceed to the TWC's Information and Referral Office (IRO) for the submission of requirements.
Bring Original and Photocopies of the following:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for Female only if married)
- Latest Barangay or Police or NBI Clearance
- High school/College Diploma or Card (Form 138), or Senior High/Junior High Diploma, or College Diploma or ALS Certificate or TOR
- 2 pcs 1x1 or 2x2 Latest ID Picture
- Black Ballpen
- Medical Certificate/Result (to be submitted at the start of the training)
- Complete Blood Count
- Urinalysis (Macroscopic & Chemical Examination)
- Stool Analysis
- Chest X-rays PA View
- Complete Physical Exam
- Anti-HAV IgM (CMIA) Hepa A.
