Goal:
To educate and produce 25 globally competitive automotive technicians specialized in engine repair with passion for environmental consciousness, sustainability, innovation, and gender equality by the end of 2026.


Objectives:

  • Enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of Automotive Servicing NC I trainees to become gender-fair and globally competitive automotive technician specialized in engine repair;
  • Instill environmental awareness by integrating Green TVET practices and sustainability in the delivery of competency-based training;
  • Promote the value of innovation, support women empowerment and produce at least 25 certified and job-ready graduates.


Course Description:
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual in the field of automotive servicing in accordance with the industry standards. It covers core competencies such as diagnosing and repairing engine cooling and lubrication system, diagnosing and repairing intake and exhaust system, and diagnosing and overhauling engine mechanical system. Upon completion of the course, the learners are expected to demonstrate the above-mentioned competencies to be employed.
