Goal:
To educate and produce 25 globally competitive bartenders and bar keepers with passion for environmental consciousness, sustainability, innovation and gender equality by the end of 2026.


Objectives:

  • Enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of Bartending NC II trainees to become gender-fair and globally competitive Bartender and Bar Keeper;
  • Instill environmental awareness by integrating 21st Century Skills and Green TVET practices and sustainability in the delivery of competency-based training;
  • Promote the value of innovation, support women empowerment; and
  • Produce at least25 certified and job-ready graduates.


Course Description:
This course consists of competencies that a person must achieve to operate a bar, prepare and mix cocktails and non-alcoholic concoctions and provide basic wine service to guests in all food and beverage service providers except for "Specialty Coffee Shops".
