Strategic Partnerships Advance Diploma Education and Green TVET at TESDA Women's Center

Today, July 20, 2026, the TESDA Womenโ€™s Center (TWC) strengthened its commitment to quality and sustainable skills development through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Trimex Colleges, Inc. and The SoilMate Collective Inc. (TSCI).

The agreements were signed by Ms. Mylene H. Somera, TWC Administrator, together with Ms. Rachel C. Cruz, President of Trimex Colleges, Inc., and Ms. Catherina Papio, Chief SoilMate and President of The SoilMate Collective Inc.

Witnessing the signing were Ms. Kimberly G. Bautista, Supervising TESD Specialist; Mr. Ricardo C. Cruz of Trimex Colleges, Inc.; and Ms. Karla Maria Calpito of The SoilMate Collective Inc.

The renewed collaboration with Trimex Colleges, Inc. paves the way for expanded diploma education opportunities and academic collaboration, while the The SoilMate Collective Inc. is a shared commitment to advancing Green TVET initiatives and promoting sustainability through technical and vocational education and training.

These partnerships reinforce TWC's mission of empowering learners with future-ready and sustainability-driven competencies that contribute to a greener and more resilient workforce.
