On July 16, 2026, the TESDA Women’s Center (TWC) formally sealed a strategic partnership through the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with VM Training Consultancy Services (VMTCS) and the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), reinforcing a shared commitment to strengthening the public service delivery through enhancing the skills of center’s workforce, thus securing their future by providing them proper investment facility options.

The MOU was signed by Ms. Mylene H. Somera, TWC Administrator, together with Dr. Ronadel B. Bedia, Consultant of VMTCS/Gov.Learn.Ph, and Mr. Ronnald S. Guevarra, Vice President of the Member Services Operations–NCR Group of HDMF.

Following the signing, TWC personnel participated in the AI Training for Administrative Efficiency, facilitated by Dr. Ronadel B. Bedia. The session introduced practical AI-powered tools and strategies to streamline administrative processes, improve productivity, and strengthen public service delivery.

Together, these initiatives reflect TWC’s continuing commitment to building meaningful partnerships while equipping its workforce with future-ready skills for a more innovative and responsive institution.
