On June 3, 2026, TESDA, through the TESDA Women’s Center (TWC) formally entered into a partnership with Diageo Philippines, Inc. through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) held at the TESDA Central Office.
The MOA signing was led by Secretary Jose Francisco “Kiko” B. Benitez, TESDA Director General, together with Ms. Rachanatorn “Nok” Laohaphan, General Manager of Diageo Philippines, witnessed by Deputy Director General for Partnerships and Linkages Nelly Nita N. Dillera and Corporate Relations Director Atty. Marvin Jayson N. Bayang.
This collaboration reaffirms the shared commitment of TESDA, through the TESDA Women’s Center, and Diageo Philippines to creating meaningful opportunities that promote employability, innovation and inclusive growth for Filipino learners and workers.
