On April 27, 2026, Capiz State University visited the TESDA Women's Center for an educational immersion as part of the academic requirements of students enrolled in the Doctor of Education program.
The delegation was led by Dr. Michael Vincent C. Barrera, faculty member of the Graduate Programs, and was warmly received by Ms. Mylene H. Somera, TWC Administrator, together with key personnel of the Center.
The visit provided participants with valuable insights into technical-vocational education, including program management practices and industry partnerships, enriching their academic and professional perspectives.
