TWC Strengthens Livelihood Opportunities Through STEP Toolkit Distribution

On April 20, 2026, a total of 48 trainees of the TESDA Women's Center, including 24 from Cookery NC II and 24 from Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NC II, received their starter toolkits under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).

The activity featured messages from TWC Administrator Ms. Mylene H. Somera and Gerardo A. Mercado, TESDA MuntiParLasTaPat District Director, emphasizing the importance of skills development and sustainable livelihood.

This initiative empowers trainees toward employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
