On April 8, 2026, the TESDA Women's Center (TWC) welcomed a delegation from the Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC) and SICIP (Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program) for a study visit aimed at strengthening institutional partnerships and promoting quality assurance in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
The delegation was led by Mr. Mohammed Shorab Hossain Majumder, Program Officer for Quality Assurance, together with Chief APACC Officer Prof. Naeem Yaqoob, and APACC Officer Ms. Julifer Madeja. They were warmly received by TESDA Deputy Director General Nelly Nita N. Dillera, DDG for Partnerships and Linkages, DDG Galo B. Glino III, Deputy Director General for Administration and Innovation, along with ED Charlyn B. Justimbaste, Executive Director of the Planning Office, and TWC criterion leaders and personnel.
Among the activities are the visit of TWC's training facilities and presentations of the APACC achievements—featuring affirmations and commendations as well as the Center's accreditation journey.
This engagement underscores a shared commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous quality improvement, further contributing to the advancement of technical and vocational education across the Asia-Pacific region.
