The Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat (PGSK), in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) through the TESDA Women's Center (TWC), successfully conducted a three-day entrepreneurship training titled “SHE Means Business: Lakas ng Kababaihan sa Pagnenegosyo” from March 23 to 25, 2026, at the Provincial Capitol of Sultan Kudarat.
The program was spearheaded by TESDA Deputy Director General for Partnerships and Linkages, DDG Nelly Nita N. Dillera, together with the TESDA Region XII officials. Participants were equipped with practical skills and knowledge to strengthen their entrepreneurial capabilities through the iSTAR Program, TESDA's platform for enhancing innovation, skills, and enterprise.
Carrying the inspiring message “Dream, Dare, Do,” the training encouraged participants to pursue their aspirations, take risks, and achieve success. The initiative provided toolkits, mentoring, and monitoring support, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to turn their ideas into viable businesses.
This initiative underscores the strong collaboration between TESDA and the provincial government, reinforcing their shared commitment to empowering women and fostering an inclusive and prosperous future for communities.
