Spooktacular Fun at TWC!

Today, October 30, 2025 the TESDA Women’s Center held its first-ever Trick or Treat celebration!

The event brought smiles and laughter to the children of TWC employees and trainees — and of course, to the young at heart!

Various TWC units and training workshops joined in the fun, spreading creativity, treats, and Halloween cheer throughout the Center.
