The TESDA Women’s Center proudly congratulates REDEN V. PRECLARO hailed as CHAMPION in the Gas Metal Arc Welding – Carbon Steel Vessels Category at the recently concluded 9th Metals and Engineering Skills Competition organized by the Department of Science and Technology – Metals Industry Research and Development Center ( DOST- MIRDC) and the Philippine Welding Society, Inc.
A proud graduate of the TWC, Reden also earned the Gold Medal in the 2026 NCR WorldSkills Regional Skills Competition (Welding Skills Area), reflecting consistent excellence and strong technical mastery in his craft.
This achievement was made possible through the guidance and support of Experts and Trainers Irene Mendoza and Ma. Katrina Rosalejos, whose dedication to skills development continues to contribute to the formation of highly competent and globally competitive welders.
