TESDA New partnerships officially forged through the TESDA Women’s Center.
The Memorandum of Agreement with Hilti Philippines, Inc. and Bayo Manila, Inc. were signed on May 21, 2026 to strengthen industry collaboration and expand technical-vocational training opportunities for women in the construction, creatives/fashion and garments sectors.
The MOA signing was led by Secretary Jose Francisco “Kiko” B. Benitez, TESDA Director General, joined by Ms. Rose Ann Lim, General Manager of Hilti Philippines, Inc.; and Ms. Anna Marie R. Lagon, CEO of Bayo and witnessed by Deputy Director General for Partnerships and Linkages Nelly Nita N. Dillera, CESO III and Deputy Director General for TESD Operarions Vidal D. Villanueva III. This event marks another significant milestone in the growing partnership of TWC.
As part of the collaboration, Hilti Philippines also donated power tools to TWC to support its training facilities and further equip trainees with industry-relevant skills and hands-on experience.
