Please be advised of the following updated room allocation guidelines and operational hours for our online reservation system, effective immediately:
Trainee Accommodation Assignments (3rd Floor)
To ensure an organized and comfortable stay, all trainees are to be housed exclusively on the Third Floor. Room allocations have been structured as follows:
Female Trainees: Designated to Rooms 301, 303, 304, and 305.
Male Trainees: May select from Rooms 306 through 309.
Reservation Approval Transactions
Please note that all booking reviews, reservation approvals, and general account checking transactions will be processed strictly during regular business hours:
7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Thursday)
📌 Note for Online Applicants: Any reservation requests or verification inquiries submitted outside of these hours will be queued and attended to promptly on the following business day.

Booking Instructions
Search available rooms from the filters below. You can filter the rooms using the options.
Date From/Date To. This sets the duration of your stay in the TWC Dormitory.
Room Type. You can select from two type of available room - airconditioned and regular rooms.
Male. Enter the number of male guests
Female. Enter the number of female guests
Relationship. This option is to specify if you are needed to be booked on separate rooms.
