Message

My experience in mainstreaming gender and development, as former Senator as well as the Secretary General of the Third United Nationas World Conference on Women (Nairobi, 1985) and United Nations Asst. Secretary for Social Development and Humanitarian Affairs are numerous. I am one of those who have long labored in the vineyard of the women's sector. Among other things, I had authored several laws and pushed for certain agenda to advance the rights of women.
